Service

The app provides property discovery, saved homes, tour requests, messages, articles, and client-journey tools. It does not create an agency relationship, contract, offer, financing commitment, appraisal, inspection, or legal or tax advice by itself.

Property information

Listing information is provided by MLS participants and may change or contain errors. Availability, measurements, schools, taxes, boundaries, and other material facts must be independently verified. Listing attribution remains with the listing agent and brokerage shown.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate information and reasonable protection of your credentials. Do not misuse the service, access another person’s account, scrape listings, interfere with operation, or republish protected MLS content.

Communications

When you request a tour, submit an inquiry, or send a message, you authorize Big Brothers Real Estate Group and Real Connect Realty to respond using the contact methods you provide. Standard carrier charges may apply. Marketing consent is not required to request real estate services.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for decisions based solely on unverified listing information or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
