Information we collect

We collect account details you provide, profile photos you choose to upload, saved properties and notes, saved searches, tour and contact requests, messages, account identifiers, notification-device tokens, and activity and technical records needed to secure and operate the service. Property information is supplied through participating MLS and RESO services.

How we use information

We use information to provide property search, saved homes, client journeys, direct communications, requested real estate services, security, and service improvement. Website inquiries and app inquiries may appear together in the Big Brothers client relationship system.

Sharing

Information may be shared with Juan Badillo, Ricardo Salazar, Real Connect Realty, listing participants, technology providers that operate the service, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

We retain information while needed for your account, requested services, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. You may request access, correction, or deletion. MLS and transaction records may be subject to separate legal retention requirements.

Security and children

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet service is completely secure. This app is not directed to children under 13.
