You can request deletion at any time.
Email badillorealty@gmail.com from the address used for your app account with the subject “Big Brothers App Account Deletion.”
What will be deleted
After identity verification, we will delete or de-identify the app account, authentication sessions, saved-property collection, device notification tokens, and ordinary in-app messages associated with the account.
What may be retained
Records connected to real estate services, fraud prevention, legal compliance, disputes, or MLS obligations may be retained for the period required by applicable law or brokerage policy. When retention is required, the information will no longer be used for ordinary app personalization.
Timing
We will acknowledge the request and normally complete eligible deletion within 30 days. We may contact you from an official Big Brothers or Real Connect Realty address to verify the request.
